1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and xx399 ("the Platform", "xx399", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the xx399 website at https://xx399.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on the xx399 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xx399 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other payment partners as listed in your account's cashier section at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per 24-hour period vary by VIP tier and are displayed in your account's cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows by VIP tier: Elite — instant; Diamond — instant; Platinum — within 5 minutes; Gold — within 15 minutes; Silver — within 30 minutes. All times apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• xx399 may place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of KYC verification or as part of a routine security review. In such cases, the member will be notified and provided with clear instructions for resolution.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on xx399 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xx399 does not offer multi-currency accounts and does not conduct foreign exchange transactions. All amounts displayed on the platform use Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) with the ৳ symbol prefixing monetary values.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xx399 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and VIP loyalty programme rewards to eligible members. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your xx399 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement attached to a bonus is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with other players to minimise wagering risk while meeting requirement thresholds ("hedging").
• Staking exclusively on games or markets that contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward the wagering requirement, with the intent of circumventing the requirement.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a member of the xx399 platform, you agree to use all services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. In addition to any obligations stated elsewhere in this document, you specifically agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the xx399 platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Any winnings generated as a result of a software error are void and will be reversed from your account balance.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the xx399 platform — including but not limited to the xx399 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, typography, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of xx399 or its licensed content and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xx399 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any xx399 content without prior written authorisation.
• Using the xx399 brand name, logo, or any other platform asset for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies an unauthorised affiliation with or endorsement by xx399.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used to operate the xx399 platform.
• Creating derivative works based on xx399 content, game interfaces, or platform design.

Game titles and studio names referenced on the xx399 platform — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the xx399 platform reflects a licensed commercial relationship and does not imply any transfer of ownership.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xx399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting, or identity misrepresentation.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the xx399 account.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the xx399 responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Effect of Closure on Balances

In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, balances may be forfeited in their entirety. 8.3 Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx399 shall not be liable to any member or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: interruption or suspension of platform services; technical faults or software errors; delays in payment processing; actions taken by xx399 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms; or any event beyond xx399's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment network outages, or natural disasters. Nothing in this disclaimer limits xx399's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
